About Maddie

Maddie has always been a driven, goal-oriented individual. She attended Midwestern State University on a full soccer scholarship, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. She has managed two virtual support teams, served as a project manager and systems administrator, and she works as a freelance graphic designer in her spare time. Maddie believes that there is nothing more important than how you choose to spend your time. When she’s not working, she’s supporting animal advocacy, playing soccer, creating, or exploring her chosen home, Austin, Texas.

Content Design: Creating and executing marketing and design strategies by developing and promoting engaging content for nonprofits, designing impactful proposals, and crafting visual assets that align with the nonprofit’s mission to drive engagement and outreach.

Business Operations: Optimizing business operations by conducting regular internal check-ins, streamlining workflows, tracking team progress, and ensuring efficient communication across departments to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Nonprofit Research: Researching the nonprofit landscape to identify key trends, technology needs, and opportunities for growth. Providing insights into how nonprofits can leverage tech support to enhance their operations, improve efficiency, and maximize impact with tailored technology solutions.

Project Management Support: Providing internal project management support, including overseeing task delegation, managing timelines, ensuring the quality of materials through proofreading and editing, tracking project progress, and assisting with team communication to keep projects on track.
