Every Undaunted engagement follows The Undaunted Method — five phases built around a simple conviction: you can’t design the right technology until you understand the people who will use it. We Listen to your organization’s needs, culture, and ambitions before we recommend anything. We Plan a solution with you rather than for you. We Build with weekly check-ins so nothing surprises you. We Launch with hands-on training and a careful rollout. And then we Stay — because the work doesn’t end at go-live, and neither do we.

Phase 1: Listen

We start with your people, not your systems.

Discovery Call

We start with a conversation — no agenda, no pitch. We want to understand your situation, your constraints, and what success actually looks like for your organization. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you that too.

Initial Report

Within 48 hours of our call, you receive a written summary of our conversation, our initial observations, and our thinking on how we might help. You keep this whether or not we work together.

Deeper Discovery

For more complex engagements, we may request additional meetings or materials before making any recommendations. We would rather take the time to understand your needs fully than rush to a proposal.

Phase 2: Plan

We design a path forward together — no surprises.

Proposal

We outline two or three options that reflect your needs, your ambitions, and your budget — each one more comprehensive than the last. We present them in person so we can talk through tradeoffs together.

Proposal Review

The proposal is the start of a conversation, not the final word. We meet to go through it together, answer questions, and narrow down the right path forward.

Statement of Work

Once we’re aligned, we document every deliverable, deadline, and expectation in a detailed statement of work — because the burden of clarity is on us, not you.

Phase 3: Build

We construct your solution with your input at every step.

Weekly Check-Ins

We meet with you roughly once a week throughout the build so you can see progress, ask questions, and catch anything that doesn’t feel right before it becomes a problem.

Data Migration

Where applicable, we clean and migrate your existing data carefully — nothing is lost, and nothing is moved without your sign-off.

Integration

We connect your new system to the tools you already use and build automations that eliminate the manual work your staff shouldn’t be doing.

Phase 4: Launch

We train your team and go live with care, not just a handoff.

Pre-Launch Review

Before anything goes live, we review the complete system together — one final opportunity to catch anything that needs adjustment and confirm that everything meets your expectations.

Live Training

We train your staff in person or virtually, tailored to how your teams actually work. We continue refining based on their feedback in the days and weeks after launch.

Phase 5: Stay

The work doesn’t end at go-live. Neither do we.

Going live is not the finish line — it’s the beginning. We offer ongoing support to help your organization get the most from your new systems, respond to new challenges as they emerge, and continue growing your capabilities over time. Whether that means a monthly retainer, periodic check-ins, or standing availability for questions, we build the ongoing relationship to fit what you actually need.
