Digital Defense Retainer

Basic · Essential · Comprehensive

The Digital Defense Retainer comes in three tiers. Every tier rests on the same foundation — a security audit, ongoing monitoring, and our no-cost remediation guarantee for anything within the scope of our services. The tiers differ in how many systems we cover, how often we report, and whether phishing testing, recurring training, and policy work are included.

The Three Tiers

Basic — $650/month

A security floor for organizations that cannot yet fund the full program. We run a one-time audit of the core systems at onboarding (authentication, passwords, and logging on the one or two platforms that matter most), review the logs and send a report each quarter, and scan the threat landscape and key metrics quarterly. One security awareness training is delivered at the start. We fix anything within scope at no cost. There is no website testing, phishing testing, backup service, or recurring training — the client carries more of the day-to-day at this level.

Essential — $900/month

The full program, and the flagship. An annual multi-system audit, review and advice on existing security policies, twice-yearly website and phishing testing, quarterly monitoring, monthly log review and reporting, data backups, and one annual training. No-cost remediation covers everything within scope.

Comprehensive — $1,450/month

Everything in Essential, plus the work that turns a vendor into a security partner. We co-create security policies from scratch when the client has none, deliver board-ready reporting, run phishing tests quarterly, train up to three distinct groups a year, and provide ongoing strategic roadmap support. For organizations that want us to own the whole posture.

Why Undaunted?

We are unapologetically progressive and partner exclusively with clients committed to justice for people and the planet. We treat your client data as a sacred trust, knowing that for the constituents you serve, a data breach can cause real physical or financial harm.

Undaunted will help you understand your baseline security needs and then create actionable steps and plans ... It has been peace of mind to know what all of these malicious cyber attacks could look like and what to do.
