Strategic Data Planning

Project

If you want to limit bias in decision making, optimize processes, and prove your impact to stakeholders, then you must have a data-driven culture. We will:

  • Kickoff (1 Week): Outline the project plan, timeline, and client tasks and deadlines.
  • Interview Staff (2 Weeks): Conduct focus groups and use surveys to identify gaps and understand your data culture.
  • Review Policies (2 Weeks): Determine how your policies and procedures align with your data culture goals.
  • Survey Technologies (2 Weeks): Ensure that you have the tools in place to support your goals.
  • Prepare and Present Findings (2 Weeks): Provide leadership with actionable recommendations for improvement (at various price points).
  • System Remediation (3 Weeks): Make low-lift, high impact system improvements to achieve immediate improvements.
